As indicated in the sections where you can provide your personal data, you may send your communications and exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by ordinary mail addressed to TIER 1 TECHNOLOGY, S.A., Calle Boabdil 6, Edificio Vega 7, CP.41900 Camas, Sevilla. To exercise these rights and in compliance with Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the Development of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on Personal Data Protection, you need to verify your identity to Tier1 by sending a copy of your National Identity Document or any other legally valid means.

Security Measures

Tier1 has implemented security levels and measures to protect personal data by installing necessary technical measures in its systems and files to ensure the confidential processing of the data, and to prevent its loss, alteration, and unauthorized access.

Acceptance and Consent

The user declares that they have been informed of the conditions regarding personal data protection, accepting and consenting to the automated processing of their data by Tier1, in the manner and for the purposes specified in the information clause present in each section where personal data may be collected.
